How We Protect and Manage Your Data

Security at 11zone is layered across every stage where your data moves — from account creation through to payment processing and ongoing session activity.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data — including your name, contact details and account history — is stored using AES-256 encryption. Database access is restricted to authorised backend systems with no direct human query access in production.

Cookie Policy and Control

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can adjust cookie preferences from the banner shown on first visit or at any time from the privacy settings page.

Payment Data Handling

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. We store only a masked reference ID after a transaction completes — your full UPI handle or wallet credentials are never logged on our servers.

Account Security Practices

Two-factor verification is available for all accounts and strongly encouraged. Suspicious login attempts trigger automatic session locks, and you receive an immediate notification to your registered mobile number or email.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained while your account remains open. If you close your account, transactional records are held for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, after which they are permanently deleted.

How to Request Changes

Submit a data correction or deletion request via the in-account Privacy Centre or by emailing our privacy team. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the action within five working days, sending written confirmation when done.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth during registration. If you complete identity verification, we also hold a copy of the document you submit, stored encrypted and used only for that verification purpose.

We share data only with payment processors (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe gateways) and identity verification providers where required to complete a transaction or verify your account. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Transactional and identity records are retained for the period prescribed by applicable Indian financial regulations following account closure. Once that period ends, all retained data is permanently and securely deleted from our systems.

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings then Privacy, and click 'Download My Data'. We will prepare a structured file of your account and transaction history and make it available within five working days.
